Ripening and new challenges of the Southern Cone Assembly
After a two years coordination of the Southern Cone Assembly, Carlos Liberona and Ricardo Jiménez describe the assembly’s ripening and its new challenges. They also describe two emergent axes of the process : governance, as a permanent issue of the debates, and courses towards integration. These videos interviews were carried out in Iquique - Chile in December 2008 during the seminar Governance and resentment, held in the framework of the Forum for a New World Governance.
